Frida Fredrikke Waaler Wærvågen is a Norwegian cellist with a long and impressive list of accomplishments. She has studied at Barratt Due Music Institute, the Norwegian Academy of Music and the Royal College of Music.

Since the age of 11, Frida Fredrikke has won several international and national prizes and scholarships. She has made her mark as a soloist with several orchestras at home and abroad such as the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra, the Norwegian Radio Orchestra, Münchner Rundfunkorkester, Zürich Chamber Orchestra, Kaunas Philharmonic and the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra. Frida Fredrikke has worked as a solo cellist in the Royal Swedish Opera Orchestra in Stockholm and is now a freelance cellist based in Oslo with many engagements both as a solo cellist with orchestras and as a chamber musician. She is also a section leader in the string orchestra Ensemble Allegria. Frida Fredrikke plays on a Nicolas Lupot cello, 1823, kindly lent to her by Dextra Musica, Norway.

Ingrid Andsnes is a highly accomplished pianist and one of Norwayʼs most endearingly passionate musicians.  Her love for music is just as inspiring as her joy in performing is striking. In 2015 she released her debut solo CD, the monumental «Diabelli variations» by Beethoven and «Diabellicadenza», written by the Norwegian composer Lars Petter Hagen. She received huge acclaim from international critics and audiences, including the New York Times. With this masterpiece as a springboard she performed in her Carnegie Hall debut the same year, receiving a standing ovation.
