LUNCHTIME CONCERTS: Stefan Ibsen Zlatanos

Tuesday-Sunday at 11:30 and 13.00: Welcome to lunchtime concerts with Stefan Ibsen Zlatanos, pianist of the week at Troldhaugen from 28-3 July. 

We invite you to a lunchtime concert in Troldsalen chamber music hall, with a beautiful view to Edvard Grieg’s composer’s hut. Grieg’s famous lyric pieces as well as his arrangements of Norwegian folk songs will be on the repertory. Each pianist will present their own programs.

Concert in Troldsalen at 11:30 and 13:00.

Pianist of the week: Stefan Ibsen Zlatanos

Stefan Ibsen Zlatanos has a master's degree in performance with a specialisation in classical piano from the Norwegian Academy of Music. He is a versatile musician with a varied repertoire of genres. As a soloist, He has played with the Trondheim Symphony Orchestra and Follo Chamber Orchestra. In the fall of 2016, he released his own solo album "Preludium" on Bech & Shai.  

Zlatanos works as a permanent rehearsal pianist for one of Norway's oldest operating choirs, the Cæcelia Association, which today is under the direction of conductor Steffen Kamler. In addition, he works as an accompanist in the talent development program at NMH in their woodwind department.
